These NYC neighborhoods had the highest rents this summer

A bit of bad news: New York City remains the second priciest place in the country for renters behind San Francisco, and rents went up ever so slightly for one-bedroom apartments in July. But perennial number cruncher Zumper comes to the rescue with new stats on where New Yorkers should be renting, as far as the grip on their purse strings is concerned.
